Switch House is a new building that opens to the public in mid June 2016. It is an extension to the existing Tate Modern. This new space is 10 storeys high and there is a balcony on the 10th floor that gives unobstructed view of the city of London with its famous landmarks. Switch House displays different types of contemporary artwork from artists around the world. It also joins up to the current Tate Modern building called the Boiler House making it easy to explore artworks in both buildings. I love wandering through each floor in the Switch House and being inspired by the beautiful artwork and minimalist interior design.
