The second day on the Isle of Skye - after a hearty home cooked breakfast prepared lovingly by our hosts we set out for the day. For miles on end our bus was the only one on the narrow, windy road. Even in the cold, windy and rainy day I enjoy the feeling of isolation. The landscape outside the window is peaceful, desolate, and gloomy yet it is invigorating, inspiring and beautiful at the same time. Someday I will return again to Scotland.
